Went to bed last night with the typhoon level being raised to level 3, quite a pleasant strong breeze and nice and warm. People had started putting big crosses on the windows to strengthen them and late last night someone came to the door to ask me to close my windows because of the storm.
Woke up this morning to discover that the typhoon signal has been raised to a level 8... which means NO WORK !! woohoo! I have to check again at midday, and if it has been lowered I go in for 2pm (I think, well thats my story anyway!). Typhoons officially rock, I was having major difficulties getting out of bed and was worried I was going to be late so this is a godsend!
