Hi all,

Well as I write this I have shaky hands and bad breath from a serious bout of puking my brains out all day... I have been feeling a wee bit icky all week and thus have not eaten much but last night rather cleverly decided to go and get off my face on tequila in a pub called 'the boozer'. Im pretty sure you dont need to be a medical expert in order to tell me that it was an incredibly ridiculously stupid idea. So I am badly suffering today and paying the price for drinking on a very empty stomach. Delightful to share that with you I know but you know how it goes when you feel miserable and sorry for yourself!
Taking my sorry ass back to bed to try and nurse myself a wee bit better. :-(
