We get wee chit chats occasionally scurrying through the house which is simultaneously a little alarming and also delightful - I want one as a pet, but alas am yet to find one willing to be befriended, although comparable to the dream of owning 5000 cats and other assorted fluffy delights they lack the same strokability factor.
Im quite fond of their cute quirky little faces and superhuman sucker pads on their feet, (I may be misinformed there as I do believe they utilize the power of tiny hairs on their feet to remain glued to vertical surfaces?) so imagine my dismay to discover that a most unfortunate accident had occurred involving a gecko... and a door.
Check it out... this poor fella was spliced quite literally by our front door... and looks a bit fossilized so has obviously been there for a while eek.
