This is a very public pre warning to my beloved family members and friends who are no doubt eagerly sat eagerly awaiting the footsteps of the postman at their front door to deliver them treats from Asian shores. It did come to my attention that Santa appears to be behind on his delivery schedule.

Upon this discovery I picked up the magic sparkle dust telephone and gave him a call to give him an ear bashing, especially since the elves UK side seem to be coping marvelously with crimbo presents and cards arriving in abundance here in HK.
He fed me some absolute rubbish about it being extremely busy time of year, the recession forcing him to cut back on staff members, and Rudolph having the flu.

I was further incensed to read some blasphemous rumours in the Tinsel Times which accuse ME of being irresponsible, lazy and suffering from festive overindulgence of the alcoholic variety; thus delaying the on-time bestowing of crimbo treats to my nearest & dearest!!!

I have released my own statement in response to this, testifying that:
"This nonsense cannot possibly be true since I have been busy polishing my halo and preening my angel wings from upon the top of the Christmas tree, leaving no time for this alleged celebratory Christmas carnage"

I can only now plead for you to forgive the jolly fat man in the red suit, and possibly withhold the mince pie as punishment for his tardiness.
