I hate the fact that my previous post was so damn grumpy and that it would be the 1st you would see if you logged onto my blog! So I am updating this quickly, dont really have much chat to be honest but do have a busy week coming up so I will have plenty to share soon!

This week is HK Fashion week, so really looking forward to seeing what that has to offer.. going to go and check it out today and will hopefully take some sneaky pictures and be able to tell you all about it later this week.

I have two friends coming to stay with me on Wed. Jason has been living in Beijing for the last 6months working as an English teacher. His twin Paul is coming to visit and together they are doing a mini tour of China, with a stop of at mine in Sz! We are going to hit up the Sz party scene (on a week night, NOT a sensible idea when I have so much work to do, but you only live once!). Then we are spending the weekend in Hk, going to show them around and get veeeery drunk!

Friday night this week is the company's annual dinner in HK, the theme is movie night and you are supposed to go dressed as your favourite movie star / character! I really want to wear my beautiful red dress… its SO lovely and I never get the chance to wear it so this is the perfect excuse, just have to think up some random movie star who wears a red dress and pass that off as my 'character' Im thinking, Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman (the scene where she is going to the opera) or Betty Boop!

My boss is going as Jonny Depp 'Jack Sparrow' from Pirates of the Caribbean and we have been busy making him a costume, including a specially made leather coat which has been sent to the laundry to be processed so he is going to look great, he told me the choice for his costume meant he could walk around all evening with a bottle of wine in his hand and not get questioned about it!

Exciting news... just found out that my friend Lisa Jayne from Uni has got a job in Hk and will be moving out here next month... Im so excited to have a friend from uni coming over here, really looking forward to showing her the sights and delights... and having a fellow galashielian to discuss this crazy land with!
