Quick note, went to the hairdressers last night for a well needed trim and also a straightening treatment in an attempt to try and battle the frizz prior to summer arriving here in Hk, (the humidity is not a friend of the afro). So preventative measures in place, a head full of tin foil and chemicals later, and I now have hair that dries STRAIGHT... without the slightest need to frazzle the crap of it with Ghds!
Its an actual miracle and I wish I had done this 10 years ago, oh the heartache I would have been spared. Question now is.. how long will it be before I start to miss that congealed mass of knots masquerading as curls??!

Planning a weekend centred entirely around sleeping... and possibly sunbathing (via pulling the bed towards the balcony doors).
