Not one to rest on my laurels (what does that mean btw?) I got back from Beijing on the Monday and headed straight out to see some of the mid-autumn festivities. In Tin Hau there was a giant dragon dance where the dragon was made of 100s of sticks of incense! and there were tartan pipers (havnt quite worked out the relevance of which, nor does anyone I know have any idea either) and lanterns everywhere. Very busy, very pretty, very humid, very hot!!
