24/11/2008 - You are not a tourist....

Found this on a postcard at the weekend and it made me heartily chuckle... its too true!

You have developed a taste for mooncakes.
You are not suprised to see an 85year old lady pushing a tonne of garbage up the street.
You believe shopping & eating are the only forms of entertainment.
You learnt to recognise Andy Lau & Jacky Cheung.
You believe you are really tall when you are only 5'8"
You get offended when people admire your chopstick skills.
You speak only enough Cantonese to make your collegues laugh their heads off.
You bring a coat & scarf to fight hypothermia in supermarkets, buses, ferries & cinemas.
You reach for the "close" button before the elevator door fully opens.
You are not suprised to see footprints on the edge of the toilet bowl.
You use the word 'Ayyiieeaaahh every few sentances to convey suprise, pleasure, pain or anger.
You know that the tea they serve is for washing dishes and cutlery.
You are looking forward to the next Typhoon 8.
You think $3 000 000 is a reasonable price for a flat, but $30 for a plate of noodles is a rip off.
