19/04/2009 - Spilt scenarios


I need your help people.. Need to be reminded that just because once upon a time when I was a small bendy girl I could do the splits, does not mean that as a fully grown adult who only practices sporadic stretch exercises that I am still able to do them. I may think that copious doses of alcohol acts as a magic tonic to stretch my muscles into chewing gum elasticity, but of course this is not true, and yet again I have woken up with a strained hamstring and as a result, a gammy leg / walk. NOT cool.
