13/12/2008 - The grass is always greener

Bizarre observation, which I know you'll be grateful I shared...
Was sat outside Times Square in Causeway Bay (not quite the spectacle of NY but just as crowded) and they have some areas with recently implanted xmas poinsettias on grassy areas (with that lay down turf shizzle).
Anyways, along comes the rubbish collector dude whistling away to himself, pushing his rubbish cart... until he walks past the grass section where I am sat. He stops... squints... frowns... and closely examines a patch of slightly less green grass.
In a deftly speedy movement removes the visually offensive section of incorrectly coloured vegetation.
He THEN digs into his black bin bag of readily prepared more suitably green grass turf (as you do) and pulls out a specimen deemed to be of acceptable standard and replaces the removed patch.
Glossy green grassy area once more.
Apparently attention to detail is the key.
